Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Execute campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key performance indicators to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze metrics including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-oriented ad creatives and messaging.




- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing lead generation and e-commerce advertising campaigns will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data and make performance-driven marketing decisions.
