Chebel Patisserie is a premium celebration cake brand and café based in Bangalore, with a solid online-first, e-commerce-driven customer base. We're looking to bring our paid ads function in-house.

About the Role

We're hiring a full-time, in-house Performance Marketing Executive to run Meta and Google Ads for us day-to-day — campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategic/managerial position — you'll be directly running and monitoring campaigns on a daily basis.

What you'll do

- Set up and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor daily performance and make optimization tweaks (budgets, targeting, bids)
- Coordinate with the design team on ad creatives/copy
- Track key metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate) and share regular reports
- Manage retargeting and audience segments




- Handle Shopify-integrated tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics/Tag Manager)

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (execution-level, not just strategy)
- Comfortable with e-commerce/D2C brands, F&B; experience a plus
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, and basic funnel metrics
- Familiarity with Shopify ad tracking is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently on a daily cadence
