Role Overview :-

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies and a proven ability to drive lead generation and ROIfocused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research,



competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Manage campaigns across search engines, social media, and email marketing channels.
- Build data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements :-

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / PPC.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
