About the Role

Boop.Org Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities -

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. - Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pagespages.
- Track key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create high-performing campaigns.



- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and GTM.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills - Google Ads and Meta certifications.

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is an added advantage.
