Performance Marketing Director

Role Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Director to lead digital media strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Programmatic, Paid Social, Paid Search, Media Activation, and Performance Marketing , with a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution.
- Provide strategic oversight across Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, Video, Display, and Emerging Media channels.
- Drive media innovation, audience strategy, attribution frameworks, and full-funnel performance optimization
- Drive KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Serve as the senior strategic advisor to key clients and stakeholders,



developing trusted relationships that drive long-term business growth and partnership value
- Lead, mentor, and develop media and performance marketing teams.
- Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage media budgets, forecasting, and campaign governance.

Required Skills
- 8–14 years of experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Media.
- Strong expertise in Programmatic, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
- Experience with platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and The Trade Desk.
- Robust stakeholder management, team leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing large-scale digital media budgets and campaigns.
