About the Role
Let's Brand You is the digital agency vertical of Akaame Export Private Limited, helping fashion brands build visibility, generate leads, and drive sales through data-driven marketing. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline campaigns for our fashion clientele.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
What You'll Do
Plan and manage performance-focused digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales
Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats
Build and refine audience segments for targeted campaign delivery
Track campaign performance and analyze data to improve ROI
Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to align marketing activity with revenue goals
Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management
Create clear communication materials supporting brand positioning and campaigns
Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's ethical and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
Prior experience managing marketing for D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands is mandatory
Strong market planning and marketing skills — able to design and manage performance-focused campaigns end-to-end
Solid market research and analytical ability to read customer behavior, competition, and industry trends
Effective communication skills — comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting campaign insights clearly A sales and conversion mindset — marketing activity tied directly to revenue and growth outcomes
Hands-on proficiency with digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce marketing is a solid plus
Must be based in or willing to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area
