Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage and scale Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and advertising platform dashboards.

Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score, providing actionable insights.

Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices. Requirements:





2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

Proven experience managing Lead Generation and E-commerce advertising campaigns.

Strong expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Experience with keyword research and audience segmentation.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Experience working in a Digital Marketing preferred .
