Are you obsessed with ROAS, scaling winning campaigns, and turning ad spend into revenue? We're looking for a Performance Marketer who knows how to drive measurable growth across Meta and Google Ads.

What You'll Do

✅ Plan, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns

✅ Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS

✅ Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies

✅ Track and analyze KPIs like CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC & Conversion Rate

✅ Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM & Conversion APIs

✅ Perform audience research, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

✅ Work closely with the creative and design team to develop high-converting ad creatives

✅ Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements

✔️ 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience





✔️ Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

✔️ Experience with Shopify/D2C brands is a big advantage

✔️ Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel

✔️ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
