Performance Marketing & Creative Executive Location: Langford Road, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 1–2+ Years Salary: ₹4.8 – ₹5.4 LPA About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Creative Executive to join our in-house team and take ownership of our digital advertising activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, understanding campaign performance and analytics, and working closely on ad creatives, reels, videos, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, monitor and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
- Work towards improving ROAS, conversions, CAC and overall campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports and actionable insights.
- Help develop new ad concepts, hooks, offers and creative ideas for performance campaigns.
- Assist in creating/editing ad creatives, images, reels and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for fresh performance marketing creatives.
- Conduct audience, competitor and market research to identify current opportunities.
- Set up and monitor retargeting and remarketing campaigns.




- Support website/e-commerce campaigns and conversion optimization.
- Continuously test new audiences, creatives, formats and campaign strategies.

Skills We Are Looking For - Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of GA4, Google Merchant Center, conversion tracking and pixels.
- Good understanding of e-commerce and D2C performance marketing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop or video-editing tools.
- Ability to understand what makes an ad creative perform and suggest new creative concepts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make decisions based on campaign data.
- Experience working with a jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or D2C brand will be an added advantage.
