We help businesses scale their outreach with deliverability-first tooling, including mailbox provisioning, warmup, DNS management, inbox placement testing, and AI-powered reply automation. Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Performance Marketer to own and scale our paid and organic acquisition channels end-to-end. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a quick-paced startup environment and can directly connect marketing activities to pipeline and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and reporting
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Build and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink acquisition
- Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters,



and attribution reporting via Google Analytics 4
- Run retargeting and lifecycle campaigns to improve lead-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversions
- Work closely with outbound and sales teams to align inbound lead quality with ICP and revenue targets Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Media
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Solid SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments preferred Good to Have
- Experience with cold email, deliverability, or outbound sales tools
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar GTM tools
- Exposure to programmatic SEO or content scaling workflows Work Mode: Gurugram Onsite
