We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates,



and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Robust understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with remarketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is an added advantage.
