We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns and be capable of collaborating with the creative team to drive high-performing ad creatives. Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads

Taboola

Amazon Ads

Flipkart Ads

Execute lead generation and eCommerce performance campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and other KPIs.

Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Work closely with the creative team by providing creative direction, ad copy inputs, and content briefs.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest advertising trends,



platform updates, and best practices.

Required

Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Working knowledge of Taboola, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads.

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and eCommerce marketing.

Experience with conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.

Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.

Experience with Shopify and WordPress websites is an advantage.
