Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Performance Marketing Manager, based in Jaipur. The selected candidate will oversee and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to optimize paid media channels and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities include strategy development, analyzing performance metrics, managing ad placements, conducting A/B testing,



and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing goals. Collaborating with diverse teams to create and implement conversion-driven digital marketing strategies is central to this role.

Qualifications

- Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing, including PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Advertising
- Analytical skills for KPI tracking, audience insights, and campaign analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies
- Competence with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms
- SEO, Content Marketing, and knowledge of online advertising trends
- Strong project management abilities and the ability to meet deadlines
- A background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce and the furniture or home decor industry is a plus
