There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Must have skills : Python (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Performance Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex performance issues that have challenged the internal performance testing team. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of activities including understanding software development lifecycles and system architecture, validating performance through rigorous testing, planning for capacity needs, managing application performance, and identifying as well as addressing problems proactively. This position requires a agile approach to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet expected performance standards across various stages of development and deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.





Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to analyze and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in complex systems.

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align performance goals with business objectives.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of performance engineering principles.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

Experience with capacity planning and resource optimization techniques.

Ability to analyze application performance metrics and identify root causes of issues.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and architectural concepts related to performance.

Skilled in problem detection and resolution within distributed and complex environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
