The Performance Management
Analyst is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Performance & Career Management services for assigned clients. The role involves direct interaction with client stakeholders and employees through email, calls, and collaboration tools, ensuring accurate execution of performance processes, compliance with policies, and high customer satisfaction. The analyst acts as a subject matter expert, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? Relevant years of HR Operations experience Prior exposure to Performance Management / Career Management processes preferred"
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) "
Strong understanding of Performance & Career Management processes
Working knowledge of HR operations and performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs)
Experience with HR systems (Workday exposure preferred)
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment" Roles and Responsibilities:

Interact with client stakeholders and employees to manage Performance Management related requests end-to-end
Read, analyze, and execute client processes as per defined business rules and LWIs
Execute transactions accurately and within agreed SLAs
Support goal setting, performance evaluation cycles, and administrative performance activities
Identify, analyze, and resolve process exceptions and data issues
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Maintain and update process documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements
Support Team Lead with daily reporting, metrics, and management operating system (MOS) updates
Propose process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls
Participate in knowledge transfers, internal initiatives, and team-building activities
Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and client security requirements"
