The Performance Management
Associate supports the delivery of Performance & Career Management services by processing employee and manager requests accurately and efficiently. The role focuses on transactional execution, adherence to defined processes, and timely resolution of performance-related service requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? "Relevant years of experience in HR Operations or shared services environment Exposure to Performance Management or HR transactional processes is an advantage"
Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).
"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "
Basic understanding of HR Operations and Performance Management processes
Robust attention to detail with focus on data accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Customer service orientation and ability to handle queries professionally
Ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions consistently
Willingness to work in a process-driven, metrics-oriented environment" Roles and Responsibilities:

Process incoming Performance Management requests received via email, case management tools, or portals
Resolve service requests by following defined LWIs, client policies, and business rules
Update employee performance data accurately in HR systems as per user guides
Manage case workflow effectively and escalate issues when required
Support performance evaluation cycles and administrative activities
Provide basic support to employees and managers related to goals, reviews, and performance administration
Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and confidentiality requirements
Maintain quality standards, accuracy, and SLA compliance
Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and process improvement discussions"
