We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in both functional and technical aspects of PeopleSoft Finance, with proven experience in end-to-end implementation, upgrades, integrations, and production support.Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
- Design, develop, configure, and support PeopleSoft Finance solutions.
- Customize and enhance PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools technologies.
- Work across PeopleSoft FSCM modules to deliver business solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using Integration Broker and Component Interfaces.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
- Execute PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades and Selective Adoption.
- Perform data migration, system enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- 810 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Finance Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1/9.2 functional and technical modules.
- Experience in 2–3 full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, SIT/UAT support, production support, and data migration.
- Experience working with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Selective Adoption.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Financials and third-party integrations is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates must have strong Techno-Functional expertise. Profiles with only functional consulting or only technical development experience will not be considered.
