We're looking for a People Success Partner who can own high-impact programs that directly shape Kickdrum's talent pipeline and employee experience. This role is a blend of program management, strategic HR, and hands-on execution. You'll be the driving force behind the KDU (Kickdrum University) program, our flagship early in career investment initiative that brings in top engineering talent and transforms them into enterprise-grade developers.

Beyond KDU, you'll design and run programs like mentorship frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development, all while partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure our people practices support our ambitious growth goals.

Requirements

- 4-6 years in HR, HR Business Partner, or Talent Development, with demonstrated program management experience in a quick-paced or scaling environment.
- Experience designing and running employee programs (like engagement, learning, mentorship, onboarding) from conception through execution and iteration.

- Experience working with or supporting early-career talent pipelines - including campus hiring,



graduate programs, or structured onboarding at scale.
- Exposure to HR tech stack tools (HRIS, ATS, LMS, or engagement platforms) and a comfort navigating systems to manage program operations efficiently.
