We are looking for a detail‑oriented and service‑focused People Services Specialist / HR Administrator to support our global workforce across multiple regions, including the USA, Canada, the Caribbean and Costa Rica. This role requires strong HR administration experience across the USA and Canada, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage employee data with accuracy and confidentiality. Act as a key People Services contact for the USA, Canada, Caribbean and Costa Rica, supporting local employee and manager queries
Ensure all People Services activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and to agreed service levels
Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready
Work closely with payroll and reward teams to ensure employee data supports accurate pay and benefits processing
Support People Directors and HR colleagues with People Services and employee lifecycle queries
Act as first-line support for HR system queries, particularly those linked to People Services processes
Carry out basic HR system set-ups and updates, including starters, changes, leavers,
and organisational changes
Perform regular data checks and audits to ensure people data is accurate and compliant
Support the maintenance of global headcount and people data, producing accurate information when required
Contribute to process improvements and standardisation, identifying ways to make People Services delivery more efficient
Support HR system enhancements, rollouts, or small system-related projects as needed
Provide administration support as and where needed for ongoing projects
Any other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: Strong HR Administration/People Services background with US/Canada exposure, supporting the full hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
Confident using HRIS and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones in a structured, detail-oriented manner
Experience in shared services, HR operations, or service delivery environments is an advantage
Service-focused, proactive, and reliable with robust ownership and accountability
Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to work
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
