Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Penetration Tester role based in Ahmedabad.

The Penetration

Tester will plan and execute security assessments on applications, networks, and infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities and validating exploits in controlled environments. The role involves conducting manual and automated penetration tests, reviewing configurations of security appliances, documenting findings, and preparing clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.

Tester will collaborate with internal and client teams to recommend remediation strategies, support risk evaluation activities, and participate in red teaming exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities also include staying up to date with emerging threats, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve testing techniques and overall security posture. Qualifications

Fluent English communication is a MUST.

1-3 Year of experience as Penetration Tester is a MUST.

Relevant certifications such as CEH, eJPT, OSCP, GPEN, or equivalent is a MUST.





Strong skills in Application Security and Penetration Testing for web, mobile, and API-based systems.

Experience in Red Teaming, including simulated attack scenarios and adversary emulation will be beneficial.

Competence in Reverse Engineering and Malware Analysis to understand and dissect malicious code and binaries will be beneficial.

Solid foundation in general Cybersecurity principles, network security, and secure configuration practices.

Hands-on experience with common security tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, IDA, Ghidra and scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Job Responsibility

Identify security gaps

Identify and verify scope and credentials of the security assessment scope.

Conduct security assessment against the provided scope only.

Identify, prepare, and execute test cases.

You should be able to run latest security tools.

Generate, understand, modify, scripts whenever required.

Follow PTEST, OWASP Top 10, and internal security assessment processes.

Participate in the approval phase.

Deliver technical report

Create, generate, modify and prepare final security reports of the best quality.

Create, generate, understand, modify, scripts whenever required.

Communicate with clients

Get on a call with clients over, video call, telephonic call, or any other defined communication channel with the clients.

Use internally defined follow up cadence.

You should be able to explain security vulnerabilities and right remediation for client.

You may travel to client's location to fulfil your responsibilities.

Educate clients

Educate clients on remediation process and ways to remediate.

Train client staff for employee security awareness.
