Requirements:

- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPaed or equivalent).

- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.

- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or outpatient setting.

- Strong knowledge of pediatric growth and development milestones, immunization schedules, and common childhood illnesses.

- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and parents.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team under pressure.

- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous career development.

- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency response as required.
