Payroll Support Executive position in our company offers various support services to the payroll departments. The individual working in this position is responsible for accurate and speedy processing of all payroll & support issues.
His/her usually entails identifying, distributing and processing and maintaining payroll records, and producing needed payroll tax payments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for full spectrum of accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Consolidation and maintenance of payroll related information – attendance, overtime, absence
- Verification of information submitted and related supporting documents
- Ensure processing of payroll in adherence to statutory regulations
- Respond to internal and external payroll related queries from employees, statutory boards, headquarters
- Upload and review payroll reports and any queries related in the payroll system
- Resolve payroll queries raised by employees/management
- Generate reports from payroll system for reporting purposes
- Assist in salary-related costs
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HRM
- 1-2 years of experience is Payroll Support/Processing
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
