About the Ro leWe are seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on experience using UKG Ready or UKG Pro and working knowledge of NetSuite Projects / Project Accounting / Project Billin g.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing US payroll, managing multi-state payroll requirements, handling employee payroll changes, performing payroll reconciliations, and supporting payroll reporting and validation.

Experience working with NetSuite project-related transactions, project costing, billing, and reporting is highly preferre d.

Required Qualificati onsHands-on experience with UKG Ready or UKG Pro is a must-ha ve.Strong hands-on US payroll processing experien ce.Experience with multi-state payro ll.Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes and withholding requiremen ts.Experience with payroll reconciliations and payroll validati on.Experience with employee setup, payroll changes, deductions, reporting, and adjustmen ts.Experience with W-2s and 109
