Location: India Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support the end-to-end processing of payroll within a global shared services and operating model. The role will focus on delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing activities while working closely with internal payroll teams, internal partners, , and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end payroll processing as per defined service calendars.

Execute payroll control activities including data validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, and post-payroll checks.

Process payroll inputs including recent hires, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and statutory elements.





Liaise with internal partners and employees to resolve payroll queries and data issues.

Work with external payroll vendors to support accurate payroll delivery and issue resolution.

Support post payroll reporting activities.

Ensure payroll processing aligns with internal controls, audit requirements, and regional governance standards.

Maintain payroll process documentation, standard operating procedures, (SOPs) and knowledge transfer materials.

Participate in payroll transition, stabilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
