Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Payroll Management & HR Compliance to join our team. This role involves handling payroll compliance, statutory deductions, and HR compliance-related processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll procedures, labor laws, and stakeholder management, ensuring all activities align with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compliance Management:

- Generate payroll-related reports, including PF Master, Headcount, Net Pay Summary, Statutory Deductions, Reconciliation Reports, and Variance Summaries.
- Accurately calculate and generate PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF contributions as part of the monthly payroll process.
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions and maintain compliance with government regulations.
- Process and issue ESIC cards and ensure UAN numbers are updated for all employees.
- Handle annual reconciliation statements, gratuity & superannuation settlements,



and other payroll-related reports.

HR Compliance & Audit Management:

- Ensure adherence to legal compliance related to PF, ESI, and Gratuity administration.
- Conduct monthly HR audits to ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
- Liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with the finance team for timely disbursement of pay-outs.
- Inspect and audit payroll processes to guarantee legislative compliance.
- Manage HR process compliance reports and audit-related documentation.

Employee Documentation & Attendance Management:

- Oversee attendance management for employees.
- Handle the issuance of employee-related documents, including transfer letters, experience letters, role change documents, and increment letters.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination with employees regarding payroll and compliance matters.
