Advanced focus eye hospital is looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Patient Counsellor to guide patients throughout their treatment journey. The candidate will be responsible for counselling patients, explaining treatment options and costs, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and converting consultations into admissions/procedures.
Key Responsibilities
1.Counsel patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and hospital services.
2.Handle walk-in patients, inbound and outbound calls, and online inquiries.
3.Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient appointments and treatment schedules.
4.Explain treatment packages, estimated costs,
and payment options.
5.Follow up with prospective patients and convert leads into admissions/procedures.
6.Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM
7.Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
Required Skills
1.Candidate must have 2+ years of experience as a Patient Counsellor, Medical Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, Telecaller, or Customer Relationship Executive.
2.Robust counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
