A Pathology Blood Collection Executive (Phlebotomist) safely draws blood, labels sample tubes, and transports specimens to the laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Sample Collection: Draw blood from patients using proper vein puncture or finger-prick methods.
- Patient Care: Confirm patient ID, explain the test steps, and help calm nervous people.
- Sample Management: Put correct labels on vials and safely pack or move them to the testing lab.
- Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict clean-up and infection rules, including safe needle disposal.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: High school diploma plus certification in phlebotomy or a lab assistant course (DMLT/BMLT preferred).
- Skills: Good hand steadiness, gentle bedside manner, and robust safety habits.
- Bike - Candidate should have an own Bike.
- Driving Licence - Candidate have a valid driving licence.
Salary 8,000/- + incentives + Petrol Charge
