Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage sample processing, testing workflows, and turnaround times (TAT).
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce safety rules and quality control standards like NABL.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate laboratory technicians and support staff.
- Resource & Budget: Handle inventory, order reagents, and maintain laboratory analyzers.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration & Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science, .
- Experience: 6 months to 1 years working in a clinical diagnostic or pathology lab, with at least 6 months in a leadership role.
- Robust organizational skills
Salary 12,000/- to 15,000/- (As per Interview & Experience)
