Role Description The Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with colleges, universities, government bodies, and corporate partners. This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, developing proposals, and leading end-to-end partner onboarding and engagement.
The Partnerships
Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with partner needs, track performance against agreed outcomes, and ensure high partner satisfaction and retention. Daily activities include conducting market research, maintaining a robust partner pipeline, preparing presentations and reports,
and representing Blackbucks at meetings, conferences, and events. The role also requires ongoing account management, including renewal discussions, upsell opportunities, and feedback collection to inform product and program improvements.
Qualifications
Robust partnerships and strategic partnerships skills to initiate, negotiate, and grow long-term relationships with institutional and corporate stakeholders.
Account management capabilities to manage partner portfolios, ensure timely delivery, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
Analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate program performance, and make evidence-based recommendations for partner success.
Clear and professional communication skills to present solutions, handle stakeholder queries, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience in B2B or institutional sales, business development, or partnerships management, preferably in edtech, higher education, or employability-focused organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel for partner meetings when required, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort with using CRM tools, presentation software, and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or SaaS products is beneficial.
