About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Partnerships Associate to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, communications, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and creating meaningful impact through content and partnerships.

You will work closely with the Partnerships team to strengthen donor engagement, support fundraising initiatives, manage communications, coordinate events, and document the impact of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
- Create monthly blogs, impact stories, newsletters, and donor communication materials.
- Assist in designing reports, brochures, event collateral, presentations, and other communication assets using Canva and AI tools.
- Coordinate with program teams to collect data, stories, photographs, and testimonials for reporting and communications.




- Support website content updates and improve user experience.
- Manage volunteer engagement, onboarding, and employee volunteering activities.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor events, and awareness initiatives.
- Maintain records of in-kind donations and support donor stewardship.
- Assist in preparing donor reports, annual reports, impact reports, and child sponsorship updates.
- Build relationships with donors, CSR partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and strategic fundraising initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience creating social media and digital content.
- Positive content writing and editing skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva and AI tools (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and present data for reporting.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

CTC: ₹4.2 LPA
