Hiring: Part-Time Styling & Content Assistant

Timings: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Part-Time)

By M is a luxury personal styling and wardrobe organisation service helping women build effortless, timeless wardrobes. We’re looking for a smart, energetic and creative assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

- Assist during wardrobe organisation and styling sessions at clients’ homes.
- Help with outfit planning, wardrobe sorting and organisation.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos during styling sessions.
- Create Instagram Reels, Stories and behind-the-scenes content.
- Assist with social media planning and content scheduling.
- Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Canva AI) to generate captions, mood boards and content ideas.
- Maintain styling inventories, digital lookbooks and client folders.
- Coordinate appointments and assist with day-to-day operations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Passionate about fashion and styling.
- Presentable, polished and confident interacting with clients.




- Fluent in English and Hindi .
- Comfortable using Instagram, Canva and AI tools.
- Good at photography and filming on an iPhone.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Has a background in Fashion, Styling, Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing or Content Creation.

Skills Preferred

- Basic photo and video editing
- Canva
- CapCut/InShot
- ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Instagram content creation
- Fashion styling or wardrobe organisation

Position Details

- Part time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Kolkata
