? We're Hiring: Part time HR & Compliance Executive (Remote | Karnataka)

Serenial Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Part-Time HR & Compliance Executive to help us establish and manage our HR, labor, company, and IT-related compliance framework as we expand our operations.

- Remote (Candidates based in Karnataka preferred)

? Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain HR policies and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and Karnataka labor regulations.
- Handle company compliance related to employment and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement IT HR policies , employee handbooks, SOPs, and compliance processes.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, offer letters, appointment letters, and HR records.
- Coordinate payroll, statutory filings, and employee compliance documentation.




- Support recruitment and HR operations as required.

✅ Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in HR compliance for IT companies .
- Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Compliance, Company Compliance, and IT Compliance .
- Experience setting up HR processes and compliance from the ground up.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
