Business & Human Resources Seeking faculty qualified to teach courses such as:

- Individual Labor Relations and Social security
- Organizational Development
- Talent Management

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver 8 live online sessions (2 per week, 60 minutes each)
- Facilitate interactive and collaborative learning experiences
- Support student engagement and academic progress
- Participate in meetings with the academic team





Ideal Profile Applicants should meet one of the following academic profiles:

Education Faculty

- Master's degree required; PhD preferred in Education or a closely related field

OR Business & Human Resources Faculty

- Master's degree required; PhD preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Leadership, Organizational Development, or a closely related field

For both profiles:

- Currently working or teaching (preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Passion for online teaching and student success
