We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your primary focus will be generating measurable results for our clients by increasing leads, sales, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve results.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Test different creatives, copy, and targeting strategies (A/B testing).
- Track key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Prepare clear performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the team to achieve client marketing goals.
- Ensure every client receives the best possible results through continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results.
