– Packaging & Dispatch Supervisor Department: Packaging & Dispatch

Location: Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities - Supervise packaging, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.

- Lead and coordinate a team of packaging workers to ensure timely completion of daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure all materials are packed safely to prevent scratches, dents, or transit damage.
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth material flow.
- Visit external vendors (such as powder-coating vendors) to verify completed material, apply identification stickers,



and coordinate dispatch activities.
- Ensure correct identification, segregation, and site-wise arrangement of materials before dispatch.
- Supervise vehicle loading and ensure materials are loaded safely and in the correct sequence.
- Prepare and verify packing lists, dispatch records, and shipment details using Microsoft Excel.
- Share dispatch details with project coordinators through WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched materials and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure packaging materials are available and used efficiently to minimize wastage and cost.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packaging standards and implement improvements to reduce transit damage.
- Train packaging workers on packaging methods, handling practices, safety, and quality standards.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the packaging and dispatch area.
- Perform any other packaging and dispatch-related responsibilities assigned by the Packaging Executive.

Requirements - Diploma, or Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in Packaging, Dispatch, Warehouse, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations.
- Experience in supervising shop-floor workers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Experience in fabrication, sheet metal, engineering, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
