Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
Experience with API integrations and low-code platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
