Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to meet dynamic business needs.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Experience with configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based software applications.

Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution development.

Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability and performance.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address issues across multiple teams and systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
