The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals while preserving compatibility across different environments.

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Solid knowledge of application lifecycle management and release processes.

Experience working with APIs and integration techniques to connect various software components.

Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in customizing packaged solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.

Understanding of cloud-based software deployment and maintenance practices.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
