The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in payroll schema and PCR development, with the ability to analyze, modify, and validate payroll logic in response to business or legislative changes.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.





Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.

Must To have practical experience in PCR's, Scehma's, Wagetypes.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processing and compliance requirements within SAP environments.

Experience in configuring payroll modules and integrating with other human capital management components.

Ability to utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for application customization.

Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing and system performance.

Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.

Ability to analyze system performance and implement necessary adjustments.

Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 4-7 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

PCR's, Schema's, Wagetypes hands-on experience is must.

This position is based at our Pune or Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
