The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance across the system landscape.

Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.

Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Coaching, Reporting Analytics.

Robust understanding of configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based applications.

Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system stability.

Familiarity with release management processes and version control in software environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in UKG Pro.

This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
