Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application configuration and deployment processes.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.

Positive To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), AI Agents & Workflow Integration.

Strong understanding of application configuration and release management in packaged or Software as a Service environments.

Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues effectively.

Familiarity with integration techniques to ensure seamless operation across multiple systems and teams.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Generative AI.

This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
