The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance.

Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.





Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Viva Development.

Experience with configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications.

Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.

Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability.

Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in application support.

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Viva Development.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
