Responsibilities: Principal Java Evangelist – Static Analysis & Code Quality (Offshore)



Own and evolve industry-adopted open-source SonarQube plugins, keeping them reliable, compatible, and continuously improving Java code quality tooling Research, design and write custom static analysis rules focused on Java performance, anti-patterns, and quality violations. Someone who understands the JVM deeply, not just the language Act as a design authority, set technical direction, challenge assumptions, and push back where needed with the confidence of someone who has genuinely earned it Bring a proven open-source track record, having actively contributed to Java libraries or tooling that the community actually depends on Strong command of JVM internals, memory model, concurrency and real-world performance patterns, built through years of hands-on obsession Deeply plugged into the Java ecosystem through conferences, community contributions, and emerging patterns, and able to translate that knowledge into better rules and sharper technical decisions Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
