Ensure code quality and test quality through reviews, automation, and best practices.



Lead coding efforts with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. Act as a problem solver, addressing technical challenges with innovative solutions.

Contribute to project planning and roadmap creation, aligning technical deliverables with business priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to balance short-term needs with long-term architectural vision. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to tech leads and developers.

Build technical leadership capacity within the team by guiding on architecture, design, and coding practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
