This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating system integrations, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.





Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals.

Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.

Strong knowledge of content management systems and enterprise document management.

Experience in designing and managing integrations between packaged applications and other enterprise systems.

Ability to oversee software release management and deployment processes.

Familiarity with performance tuning and platform stability techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
