We are seeking an experienced Package Engineer to join our team in India. This role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure that packaging is efficient, cost-effective, and meets all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop packaging solutions for various products based on project requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for packaging materials and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, production, and quality assurance to ensure packaging meets specifications.
- Create and maintain packaging specifications and documentation.
- Test and evaluate packaging for durability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest packaging technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in packaging design and development.
- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and machinery.
- Proficient in CAD software and packaging design tools.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for packaging.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
