Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize product features based on business requirements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and document project requirements, risks, and assumptions.
- Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Backlog & Agile Management
- Own the team backlog, including story prioritization, quality,



and readiness.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, system demos, and start/stop/continue sessions.
- Ensure team adherence to Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Communicate project status, issues, and successes through regular reports and meetings.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure their expectations are met.
