Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall stewardship of institutional operations. The individual in this role will define long-term vision and goals, guide academic and business strategies, and ensure alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing financial planning and budgeting, approving key investments, and monitoring institutional performance through data-driven reviews.

The role involves representing the institute in high-level external engagements with industry, government, and academic bodies,



as well as fostering partnerships that support student development, research, and innovation. The Owner will also mentor senior leaders, promote a culture of integrity and inclusion, and ensure that policies support sustainable growth and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

- Solid strategic planning, visionary leadership, and decision-making skills to guide long-term institutional growth.

- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation within complex organizations.

- Experience in academic administration, governance, and compliance with national and international accreditation standards.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with industry, government, and academic partners.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.

- Proven ability to lead organizational change, drive innovation, and promote inclusive, ethical institutional culture.

- Advanced degree in management, education, or a related field; doctoral qualifications or equivalent leadership experience in higher education or corporate environments are highly beneficial.

- Prior experience in leading a business school, university, or large educational or corporate entity is strongly preferred.
