Role Description The Outreach Intern will support SNNEH Foundation’s community-focused programs by assisting with outreach planning, coordination, and communication. This internship role is hybrid, based in New Delhi with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting research on communities and partner organizations, drafting outreach materials, supporting awareness campaigns, and engaging with beneficiaries and stakeholders through calls, messages, and in-person events.
The intern will help organize workshops and sessions,
maintain records of outreach activities, and support social media or digital communication related to ongoing programs. The role provides exposure to grassroots work, community engagement, and program implementation in a non-profit setting. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage diverse audiences, prepare outreach content, and document activities clearly.
Candidates should possess Community Outreach and Customer Service skills to build relationships with beneficiaries, partners, and volunteers in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Candidates should possess Research skills to gather information on communities and stakeholders
Interest in social impact, community development, and working with marginalized groups.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in New Delhi, manage time independently, and collaborate within a small team.
Basic proficiency with email, office productivity tools, and social media platforms; prior experience with non-profit or community work is an advantage.
Open to learners from diverse academic backgrounds; current students or recent graduates in social sciences, humanities, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
