The Output Executive will be responsible for managing the final production stage of solar panel manufacturing, ensuring smooth dispatch of finished goods, maintaining production records, coordinating with Quality and Stores teams, and achieving daily output targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Monitor daily output and ensure production targets are achieved.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.

Verify finished solar panels before dispatch.

Maintain daily production, rejection, and dispatch reports.

Ensure proper handling, packing, and storage of finished goods.

Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work efficiently.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment issues affecting production.

Reduce rework and improve productivity through continuous monitoring.

Report production issues and recommend corrective actions.

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace (solar manufacturing experience preferred).

Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
